Description
2D drawings and 3D models of a 2x72" / 2x60" DIY Belt Grinder.The deliverable contains all the drawings for the most affordable and easy to make home-made belt grinder.
The design is the easiest and simplest belt grinder design in existence that uses the absolute minimum of parts, doesn't require any special skills or equipment to assemble, and therefore is the cheapest and easiest in the making.
Can be adjusted to 72" (1800 mm) or 60" (1500 mm) belts by changing dimensions of only one part.
Can be used with motor sizes 80, 90L, 90S, 1 or 3 phase, face flanged B3 or B3/B5, 1.1 Kw, 1.5 Kw, 2.2 Kw.
Full weight with a motor 35 kg (~80 Lbs).
It contains all the .dxf files ready to be sent to laser cutting.
All you will need to build your own self-made belt grinder is sheet metal, wheels and couple of bolts.
