Perfect for the do it yourself guy! We've machined the top plate to a very handy way to start your own jig/fixturing tables.
Buy it now is for one plate and 4 riser blocks.
Each plate measures 35.75"x6"X.625" each one is CNC machined with a .625" hole every 2" on center. Material is 6061-T6 aluminum, don't let the aluminum scare you off for a table top. We've have had one in use for 2 years now in our fab shop and it's used on a very regular basis. Every 3-4 months we clean it with 409 and a scotchbrite pad. Mig welding doesn't stick to it either.
Each plate comes with 4 riser blocks. They go between the top plate and the table frame. The plate is machined for a cap screw to sit below flush for a smooth top surface. See pictures.
We've sold thousands of these over the years. Some buy 1 plate and some buy 20. The sky is the limit and with a little elbow grease you can fab a cool little table.
