WILL LOAD ONTO CUSTOMER PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION (FLATBED TRAILER)
Full payment by buyer is to be made in 3 days from purchase. Payment to made by either Bank Cashier's Check only.  No items will be shipped until payment clears.
Buyer is responsible for setting up machinery rigging and the shipping with preferred carrier.
Removal of item must take place in 10 days after payment is received, otherwise additional storage charges will apply. All shipping liabilities revert to the carrier once product is shipped. We load on any truck free of charge. Local pickup is available with an appointment.
All items sold have a no return policy.
Buyer acknowledges and accepts the fact that the equipment is being sold are used goods and are  in an as is/where is condition and we have made every effort to be as candid as possible in representing the above item and are neither designed nor manufactured by seller. As seller does not know of the specific application of the equipment buyer, buyer acknowledges that is buyer’s responsibility to provide proper safety devices and equipment for the particular application or use intended by buyer, so as to protect the operator and others from harm, and to comply with all federal, state and local government laws, rules and regulations relating to safety standards and all Industry safety standards.
Buyer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Seller from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs or lawsuits arising out of or in any way involving injury or accident occasioned by said equipment.
