    Very nice cleaver for high volume prep or chop & drop/stir fry work. It's incredibly light at just under 12 oz so you can move this thing fast and it won't wear out your hand. The surface space is nice and wide (just under 4 inches) so you can get a lot of food on it and use it like a cutting board before you put items in a container or pan.
