Big, sturdy double handled cheese knife that will last a long time. This is great for cutting up giant blocks of cheese into more manageable pieces to go through a grater.
This knife would be great for any place that is selling a lot of pizza or shredding a lot of cheese. The total length is 25 1/4" and the blade length is 15 1/2".
I also feel it could be used as a drawshave.
