FTP / Fastech, Honda CR80 / CR85 NO LEAK O-ring Exhaust Manifold (1996-2004)

Description

Fits 1996-04 CR80 and CR85, possibly older as well. (1-set of o-rings included)
The manifold "O" ring grooves replaces the factory Honda flange and seals the pipe to the motor, eliminating the use of sealants and keeps the front of your motor looking good as well!
If you're tired of trying to seal the flange with messy RTV or if you just like to have the coolest stuff on your kart or bike, then you need one of these.
ACTUAL Flange Diameter: 37.8mm
ACTUAL Flange Length (Male section into pipe): 18.5mm
Hole to Hole, Center to Center about 50mm
Improvements:
O-ring on the backside of the manifold to eliminate the stock gasket
Additional spring hook holes for multiple configurations
No additional gaskets required
NOTE: Female end of the pipe must be smooth and flat to properly seal. If previously used with the stock metal crush gasket, the pipe may have worn and developed a groove. In this case, a little RTV may help.
