JIMI HENDRIX & THE MONKEES Original 1967 Concert Ticket Stub - SUPER RARE

This is a authentic concert ticket stub (perhaps the rarest Jimi Hendrix ticket stub) from a concert featuring:
JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE opening for THE MONKEES!!!!
appearing July 16, 1967 at Forest Hills Tennis Stadium in Queens, New York.  The stub measures 1 1/2 x 1 3/4 inches and is in  Excellent condition with no damage other than being torn from the full ticket.  As well documented, Jimi Hendrix' manager arranged for the Jimi Hendrix Experience to open for The Monkees on their 1967 US tour.  Jimi only lasted 7 shows on the tour before leaving in frustration that he was getting no billing or promotion.  It was also a really bad fit with the kids (and their parents) that were coming to see The Monkees.  There are all kinds of stories that have circulated about him getting kicked off the tour after complaints by the DAR, but the truth is that he was very frustrated that he wasn't mentioned in any of the promotion for the tour.  The JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE did perform at 7 shows before leaving the tour:

July 9: Convention Hall, Miami Beach, Florida
July 11: The Coliseum, Charlotte, North Carolina
July 12: Coliseum, Greensboro, North Carolina
July 14: Forest Hills Stadium, New York, New York
July 15: Forest Hills Stadium, New York, New York
July 16: Forest Hills Stadium, New York, New York
