How to Ship It
Securely package your device well using a shipping box or relevant. If you do not have your original computer box anymore, do not panic. Using a plain cardboard box with bubble wrap or peanuts is the way to go. The box should be big enough to comfortably fit the laptop and padding. If you need to obtain said supplies, a USPS Store or similar establishment is an efficient place to do so. They will also be more than happy to pack and ship your item, although you will save lots by packing it yourself.
Please use USPS for the shipping option (If you use UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost it may cause additional time for delivery.)
Where to Ship It?
Shipping Address will be provided via eBay message after payment. If we don’t respond, then just message us and we will give you our shipping address.
Once you get the tracking number, please send it over to us via eBay message.
Step 2: We Diagnose It
After your package is received, we will perform the repair right away and test the device to make sure it is perfectly working correctly. If any other issues are found, we will message you and let you know a quote for the repair.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS:
You purchase the "Buy It Now" option for .99 - Which covers your Parts, Labor, and Shipping Back.
Within 24 hours of your purchase, you should receive instructions on how to ship your system to us for repair. Contact us if we do not respond.
Once we receive your system, you will be notified.
Diagnostic begins that doesn’t take more the 24 to 48 hours. One of our trained and skilled technicians will find if the charging port is the problem and identify what steps are needed for the repair.
You are then contacted with Diagnostic Results and or price to repair other then your charging port and the time frame for the repair to be completed. (If additional repairs are needed, we will invoice you the cost of the repair at this time. Once we receive your payment, your repairs will be carried out.)
Now your system has been repaired and ready for shipping. At this step, you are given a tracking number so you can monitor your system as it is being shipped back to you. Remember you may contact us at any time with questions.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
After receiving your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to ship your system to us for repair. If you do not receive the instructions within 24 hours then please contact us.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
There may be times where the problem is not related then just one issue. In the event that your system has a different problem, we will contact you and notify you for the necessary repairs. If you choose not to continue the repair, then your system will be shipped back (plus any additional return shipping costs).
Please include your charger with your laptop (Also if your desktop computer uses a special power cable). To ensure the best possible repairs, we would prefer to test your system with the adapter you use most often.

All items are shipped. Local Pickups must be arranged with us beforehand.
Item will be shipped by USPS only in the USA.
Please pack the device well as we will do the same on the return shipping.

This is a mail-in service for a laptop fan replacement. We recommend USPS Priority Mail shipping as it is insured and the fastest way to send it. We don't need the original box or anything else except for the Laptop & Charger.
