Then ship it to us and we can help tell you what's wrong, how long it will take, and what it will cost you. If we need to order parts, that's fine because that usually only takes a couple of days. If you're unsure if you need to have the problem fixed, give us an eBay Message and we can tell you if it's a necessity or a luxury. However, you likely spent a pretty penny on that laptop so you should have it running at 100%. Feel free to message us and ask any questions, well be glad to help you!

Getting Started - How it Works
Purchase the Laptop Diagnostic Service
Our shipping instructions and address will be sent to you once payment is received.
Package your laptop and charger to us without any additional accessories.
(Please use USPS to ship your device. Using other shipping services could cost additional time and charges for delivery)
Make sure to also include a note in the package containing your:
Return mailing address
Order Number
Any other contact information you wish for us to have
A description of the problems you are experiencing if it’s not evident.
Once received, one of our trained and skilled technicians will run a diagnostic to find the cause of your system problems and identify what steps are needed for the repair.
You will then be contacted with diagnostic results and the price cost to repair your device. Also, additional time frame may vary based for replacement parts.
(We will notify you and verify for any additional cost for replacement parts)
The laptop will then be repaired, tested and verified to be working properly.
A confirmation message will be sent to you once the device has been completed with a tracking information.
Note: Additional payment options can be done with PayPal, Square, Cash App, or Venmo.

After receiving your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to ship your system to us for repair. If you do not receive the instructions within 24 hours then please contact us.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
There may be times where the problem is not related then just one issue. In the event that your system has a different problems, we will contact you and notify you for the necessary repairs. If you choose not to continue the repair, then your system will be shipped back (plus any additional return shipping costs).
Please include your charger with your laptop (Also if your desktop computer uses a special power cable). To ensure the best possible repairs, we would prefer to test your system with the adapter you use most often.
Please include a printout of eBay checkout page with your package.
Shipping:
All items are shipped. Local Pickups must be arranged with us beforehand.
Item will be shipped by USPS only in the USA.
Please pack the device well as we will do the same on the return shipping.
It will be your responsibility to safely ship the laptop to the address we provide you after your purchase.
We recommend USPS Priority Mail shipping as it is insured and the fastest way to send it. We don't need the original box or anything else except for the Laptop & Charger. We don't require the system to be insured; however, We won't be responsible for damage or lost incurred during shipping. By making the purchase you agree to the terms set forth above.
