Mandrel shows a lot of lost platting, and brass material comes through. There are no dents.
The set screw on the larger gear is new, and it is a bit shorter than the original. As a result, it sits a bit too deep, when screwed in, to secure the gear on the shaft(pic 7,8)
All in all, the assembly is in good working order, and it will serve the purpose for another lifetime.
