New Old Stock Maxim electric 3 QT "Stay Hot Tureen" is made of 18/8 hand polished stainless steel, has a thermostatic temperature controlled base,  72" cord, side handles and lid with a dark wood knob. Although it is new the box
, due to age and handling the box  shows wear and has been opened so that we could check it and take pictures. We found that it is in working order and has some tarnishing of the stainless on the inside bowl portion (Note on box, ladle not included)
