It measures about 13 x 16 inches with 20 pages.
The paper is pulp newsprint and well over 50 years old so has the expected light browning/foxing.  Edges may have some light fraying.  There are also the usual odd small edge dings, small tears and creases.  It is intact with all pages and no items clipped.
The crossword is partially completed.
