It looks like it is made of pewter. You can get it engraved if you like - I do not offer that service
Comes with Birth announcement scroll - it was not used
Inside the box is lined with blue felt with a ribbon
There is a scratch on the lid - right side on the front
There is a dent on the edge on the right side near the scratch. There is also a small dent on the lid on the bottom left corner.

Measures 9" long x 1 3/4" wide x 1 5/8" tall.
It is heavy since it is metal.
