The three-day celebration included an academic convocation at which there was the official presentation ceremony for the dedication of Scott #2192 75c Wendell Lewis Willkie stamp, Great Americans Series. This Indiana University lunch program has a first day of issue cancellation of the Willkie stamp, February 16, 1992, Bloomington, Indiana on its cover.  In addition this program cover has two autographs: Chris Calle who designed the stamp and Thomas Hipschin who engraved it.
