Vintage Webster & Company Art Deco Sterling Silver and Mother-of-Pearl birth record bell, rattle, or teething ring
. No clapper in the bell, as it was removed for baby’s safety.  On the front is the date:

and
Webster & Company
on the bell's back, along with the initials R.E.D.
Sterling
is also written on the connection to the ring. Circa: 1940.
